About the Book
Grace Hathaway thought that her perpetual love problems were over the day she said, "I do." She married the perfect man and leads a life most only dream of, but is it all an illusion?
Struggling in her marriage and lackluster routine, Grace is faced with an uncertain future and a void in her soul. Pain threatens to bring her down. When the past returns to her life, reminding her of missed opportunities, a twist of emotions reopens old wounds. Leaving everything she thought she ever wanted behind, she summons her courage and strength to embark on a journey of self-discovery that takes her all over the world and into a future she never imagined.
But, when all feels lost, will hope be enough to keep Grace from falling again?
My Review for The Falling of Hope
✮ ✮ ✮ ✮ ✮
This is the third and final book In The Falling series by the amazing Marisa Oldham. Iit is so hard to say goodbye. I have been following the journey of Grace and Ian, and each book got better and better.
I fell in love with the characters and heartaches that it came with. From the beginning to the end I was emotional. The author said that she lives for her readers tears... well, she got buckets from me, and I know from some of her other readers as well.
I was hoping and praying that Grace got her happy ending. The journey was rough, but I am glad I got a front row seat to it. There was a lot of crying, but laughter. Sad times, but happy ones too. This book will bring out the emotions in you, and put them on display, and there is nothing you will be able to do about it.
I am beyond happy to call myself a friend of this amazing author, but also a fan, and that is not a word I use often. The journey was long for Marisa, but she didn't give up. She has created one sweet but gut wrenching master peace . So for that, she deserves a standing ovation.
Five stars to this amazing book. Five stars to this fantastic series, and five stars to the author Marisa Oldham. She is going places guys. You know when a book plays out in your head like a movie... it is good. This is my favorite book in the series, and I hope it will be yours too!

My Thoughts
I am a daughter, I am a sister, I am a girl friend, I am a blogger, I am a author personal assistant, but most of all, I am a reader. Readers are just as important, (if not more) as all of the things I listed above. And as a reader I come across a lot of books. Some are "okay", some are "pretty good", but when I come across a book that is amazing, I have to recommend it.
A couple of years ago, I joined Goodreads and I created a group for authors to find readers, and for readers to find authors. My group Authors and Reviewers became a door to the book world for a lot of readers and authors. I was one of those readers.
I met so many great authors, as well as other readers. One of the authors I met was Marisa Oldham. When we first met, she was telling everyone about her books. I remember she wasn't sure what genre her books fit in. At first she thought it was erotica. After explaining what erotica was she told me that she thought of them as love stories. Everyone started doing review exchanges.
I can't remember if she asked me to review, or if I asked her for a review copy. Well I read The Falling of Love.... and I FELL IN LOVE!! Yep, I loved it. Reminder this was the original version. The book was soo good you guys! I think I even cried after reading it!
After read TFOL, I became a fan then and there. I immediately bought the second, and then the third. You guys, I was sooooo hooked. A couple of months after that Marisa started re-editing, and then re-writing her books. The amazing Angie Martin took Marisa under her wing, and Marisa started pumping out new versions of her books, and a couple of years later, here we are.
If someone would have told me that Marisa would rewrite TFOH, and make it even better, I would have been like.. "It's already perfect, how could it get better?" But, it did, and it is sooooo much better, and I loved the original TFOh so much!
This has turned more into a story than a review, but oh well. I am soo glad to call this amazing author a friend. I have met some awesome readers, and other authors through her, and she may not know it, but she was and still is apart of my journey in the book world! Love you chicka! xoxoxo

You will neve forget your first date, your first kiss, or your first love. You'll also never forget how it felt when it was torn apart. Seventeen-year old Grace Hathaway does not give much thought to falling in love, until the day that Ian Taylor, rebel and misfit walks into her math class. From their first conversation, Grace is mesmerized by Ian's charisma and rock star façade. Ian Taylor, a seventeen-year old kid from the wrong side of the tracks tries to ignore the feelings he has for Grace, but is captured by her caring, non-judgmental personality from the moment they meet. Grace becomes Ian's everything and there is nothing he will not do for her. Hurting her was never part of his plan. ***Recommended for ages 18+ due to sexual content and strong language.*** Reviews for "The Falling of Love": "This book was emotionally wrenching and really pulls at you. You get angry, you get furious and you definitely feel sad, but you also feel and see the love between Marisa's characters and you see the confusion her characters are experiencing because of the various hurdles. This is a book you don't want to miss!! The ending is in a word ... POWERFUL!!! I am so glad I had the opportunity to read it and will definitely be in my to be read again list!" "The reality of the story was intense and the emotions that it stirred were immense. Looking forward to more from this author!" The Falling of Love is the first novel in a series of novels that will follow Grace Hathaway's life and personal struggles. Everyone has a beginning to their story and an end... This is the beginning of Grace's story.
